Tandoori Chicken Masala
(Number of servings: 4-5)
Method:
1. Wash the chicken(Remove the skin). Rub it with salt.
2. Mix lemon juice, tandoori masala mix, oil and yougurt in a bowl. Marinate the chicken with this mixture. Set aside for 2-3 hours (better if overnight).
3. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place the chicken on a grilling rack and bake until cooked through (about 45 minutes).
4. Serve hot and enjoy.

Lemon juice | 2 tbsp |
Tandoori masala mix (Mixed spcies, available in South Asian groceries) | 2 tbsp |
Oil | 2 tbsp |
Plain Yogurt | 250 ml |
