Second Nepal Trip 2019: Baglung District

On 17 October 2019, we flew from Hong Kong to Kathmandu and took a domestic flight to Pokhara for our second trip to Nepal in 2019. The aim of the trip was to conduct a situational analysis of health care and cervical cancer services in Baglung District, with a focus on understanding the current provision of cervical cancer screening services there. We are grateful to Mr. Nanda Kishor Pun, the Vice-President of Nepal for supporting our initiative. We are also indebted to Mr. Indra Raj Poudel, the Mayor of Jaimini Municipality in Baglung District, Nepal, and Mr. KB Rana Magar, the Chairperson of Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital for their assistance. During our trip, we visited various places, including Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital, Jaidi, Kushmishera, and Paiyou Thanthap in the Baglung District by a jeep, traveling up and down the mountains. We are glad to share our fruitful and memorable experience with you!

Let’s see what we have experienced in this trip! Ready, Get Set, GO!!
